1/2 chicken breast; cubed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion; chopped
1 ts. garlic; minced
1/4 ts. curry powder
1 yellow bell pepper; sliced
1 whole green chili
1/2 cup water
1. Heat oil in a pan; add the onion and cook until translucent.
2. Add the chicken and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the curry powder, salt, and water; cover and simmer on low for5 minutes.
4. Add the yellow bell pepper and the chili; cook for 1 minute.
