1/8 cup olive oil
1 med. onion; chopped
4 med. tomatoes; chopped
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 chili (I don't cut it in this recipe.)
1 bunch red swiss chard; chopped
1/2 cup cilantro; chopped
1. Heat oil in a pot.
2. Add the onions and saute until they are translucent.
3. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and chili; saute until the tomatoes are soft.
4. Add the res swiss chard and stir; cover and cook for 25 minutes.
5. Add the cilantro and salt; cook for 2 minutes.
