Lamb and Potato Fry
1 lbs. lamb; boiled until very tender
3 potatoes; large chunks
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 chicken cube
salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a pot; add the cooked lamb and stir-fry until it is coated with the oil and slightly
2. Add the chicken cube and the potatoes; cooke covered until tender.
3. Add salt if needed.
NOTE- Do not over stir the potatoes. Doing so will make this dish mushy. Can be served with rice.
