Chicken Sukhar


1 lbs. chicken breast; cubed
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion; chopped
1 ts. garlic; minced
1 chicken cube
1/2 green pepper; sliced
1/2 red pepper; sliced
1 carrot; thinly sliced
1 cup water or chicken broth
1. Heat oil in a pot; add the onions and cook until translucent.
2. Add the chicken, chicken cube, and garlic; cook covered for 1 minute.
3. Add the water or broth; cook covered for 10 minutes.
4. Add the green peppers, red peppers, and carrots; cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with anjera.

    My husband loves it, i shredded the carrot rather than slicing it came out beautiful.
