Crab Cakes

1 cup crab (I used imitation crab); chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 ts. grated lime rind
1 Tbsp. cilantro; chopped
2 green onions; chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
flour for dusting

1. Combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, rind, cilantro, green onions, breadcrumbs, and egg in a
bowl.
2. Shape into balls and flatten slightly.
3. Toss in flour.
4. Fry until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
