2 cups cooked chicken; finely chopped
1 ts. salt
2 ts. parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 cup flour
2 ts. baking powder
1 egg; beaten
2/3 cup milk
1. Mix the chicken, salt, parsley, and lemon juice. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, egg, and milk; stir.
3. Add flour mixture to chicken mixture; stir to combine.
4. Form balls and fry until golden brown.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towel.
