ReplyDeleteSorry I just saw your post.
1. Tandoori paste can be found at Indian stores or in the international section at your local supermarket. You can also make the paste by adding oil to tandoori powder.
2. Plain yogurt is from a supermarket.
3. Cilantro should be in the herb section of your grocery store.
By the way, which city are you in?
thank u sister well i have one question can u please writte in somali language
ReplyDeleteAsalam Alaykum sister and ramadan kareem. My husband recently found you on youtube and boy was he excited. He is from Somali and I am Lebanese and we have no family here in AZ at all, so for the last 9 years I have struggled in the kitchen. I have to say we have tried your dishes and they are perfect. I love the fact that u tell us how much seasoning to use. I could not have gotten the recipe right without it. The kids also love it. I tried to make Quraa twice and the first time i believe i had the oil to high cause they didn't cook all the way through so the 2nd attempt was on medium and i guess i overcooked them because they seem kind of hard. Please tell me what to do to get them just right. I love this dessert. Also do u have the recipe for Somali rice with tomato potato and onion garnish baked chicken. Thank you sister. ASW Janan
