1 package strawberry jello (Can be found at most halal shops.)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 can gishta (cream)
1. Combine jello and the boiling water into a blender; mix until the jello has dissolved.
2. Add the cold water and gishta a blend for 1 minute.
3. Transfer into a a dish and freeze for 1 hour.
Gishta is a very thick cream.
