Somali Steak #2

1 lbs. steak; sliced really thin
2 Tbsp. oil


1/2 cup water
1/2 ts. pepper
1/2 ts. paprika
1/4 ts. salt
3 cloves garlic; minced
2 Tbsp. cilantro; chopped
1 ts. basil; chopped

1. Combine all the ingredients into a large Ziploc bag.

5. Add the meat and cook for about 3 minutes; turn.
6. Continue cooling for an additional 2 minutes and drain on a paper towel.
