300 gr. pasta
1 can salmon; drained and bones removed
1 cut frozen peas and carrots
1 onion; chopped
3 ts. curry powder
1 ts. pepper
1/2 ts. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; strain and set aside.
2. Heat the butter in a pot; add the onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the frozen vegetables; cook covered for 5 minutes.
4. Add the salmon, curry, salt, and pepper; stir gently and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the pasta into the salmon mixture and stir.
