4 Tbs. oil
2 lbs beef; cubed
1 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. coriander
salt

1. Heat the oil in a small pot.
2. Add the beef; stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
4. Add the pepper,cumin, coriander, and salt; simmer for 15 minutes.
5. If there is any liquid left in the pot, remove lid and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated.
