Chicken Meatballs

1 lbs. ground chicken breast
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 chili; minced
1 ts. garlic; minced
3 Tbsp. basil; chopped
2 Tbsp. cilantro; chopped
1/4 ts. pepper
1 ts. lime or lemon juice
1/2 ts. salt
oil for cooking

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl mixing very well.
2. Using wet hands, form golf size balls.
3. Heat the oil in a pan.
4. Put the meat balls in the hot pan and cover.
5. Cook on medium heat for about 20 - 30 minutes turning each meat ball until they are equally
6. Drain on paper towel if too oily.
