1 lbs. chicken breast; cut into strips
1 onion; sliced
1 ts. garlic; minced
1/2 ts. cumin
1 chili; minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 chicken cube
1/2 cup carrots; chopped
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 green bell pepper; sliced
1/2 cup cilantro; chopped
1. Heat the oil in a pot; add the onions and cook until translucent.
2. Add the chicken; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken cube, carrots, chili, garlic, and cumin; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add the chicken stock, cilantro, and green bell peppers; bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
