Steak and Potato Sukhar

Can be served with anjera.


1 lbs. steak; cut into strips
2 Tbsp. oil
1 large potato; cut into large chunks
1 ts. garlic; minced
1 cup chicken stock
1 chicken cube
1 ts. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste

1. Heat oil in a pot; add the beef and brown for 5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic, chicken cube, and curry powder; stir fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken stock and cook covered until the potatoes are tender.
